  • Please be aware that while your treats may not be made with nuts or nut products, it will be prepared in a kitchen where nut products may be used in other treats. Our products may contain or come in contact with milk or milk products, wheat, nuts, soy and other allergens. You agree to notify your guests of this risk and hold us harmless, due to any allergic reactions. 


  • 2 Dozen minimum required to order

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time upon ordering and the remaining balance is due two weeks prior to scheduled date of your event.

  • If an order is cancelled your deposit is non-refundable and non-transferrable.

  • Your invoice will be cancelled if it is not paid two weeks prior to your order date and your deposit is non-refundable. 


  • We are unable to provide refunds or exchanges for custom orders. 


  • Pick-ups are Friday and Saturday ONLY, NO EXCEPTIONS!

  • Pick up days and times are as follows: Friday - 6pm - 8pm & Saturday - 9am- 10am

  • pick up location will be disclosed upon final payment

  • If you are unable to pickup at your designated time please give us a call @ 202-417-8664 . 

  • IF YOU ARE running late beyond 10 minutes there will be an additional charge. 

  • delivery is an additional charge based on the address provided from customer. 


  • We reserve the rights to use creative judgement or make adjustments where we feel necessary in order to maintain the quality and workmanship of our designs but also to preserve the interpretation of your design to the best of our abilities.

  • All goods will be photographed and we reserve the right to use any photographs for display or promotion.
